Nick Soman started LikeBright to help people connect with a little help from their friends. He studied at Stanford and Harvard Business School and learned to build stuff that makes people happy as a product manager on the Amazon Kindle. He really, really likes connecting people. And music, and food.
Richard Luck drives development at LikeBright because he loves to build things people want. He was the first technical lead for the Amazon Canada team in 2001, worked as a technologist for T-Mobile, Clearwire and various startups and has built enterprise-grade software that uses graph theory algorithms for network analysis. He met his wife online and played keyboard in a Utah new wave band in college. He really likes music, ideas and his kids.
Simon Fortelny obsesses over making great mobile experiences at LikeBright. After graduating with a degree in Biochemistry from Seattle University he developed software for Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Amgen, Nordstrom, and a few startups always looking for ways to make peoples lives better. He looks forward to the day he sees people on the bus using LikeBright's mobile apps. In his spare time he likes playing video games, board games, and hiking.
Joey Gibson is a developer intern at LikeBright. He studies Computer Science at the University of Utah, where he skis and eats lots of burgers. When he isn't studying he loves traveling and surfing.
Cierra Jade Gonzales is a UI and visual designer for the LikeBright team because she is a hopeless romantic. She graduated from the University of Washington as an interaction designer. When not going googly eyed over corgi flops, sappy comics or the next cute thing, she is planning her next awesome invention, from dog toys and kid noise makers to glowing snowboards and awesome coffee tables. She is always up to try something new.
Andrew Hautau is a developer at LikeBright. A double major in Music and History at Florida State University, he fell down a rabbit hole at some point and has since become fascinated with code and data visualization. He enjoys rock climbing about three times a week. He loves coffee, random jam sessions, nerdy games, and uses the Oxford comma in his bio.
Weston Karnes focuses on marketing, social media, as well as creating written and video content for the LikeBright Blog. The most important thing you need to know about him is that he is a ginger. He is passionate about people, road trips, traveling, and peanut butter. Not specific to that order.
Suzanne Scharlock manages marketing at LikeBright because she is interested in companies that can better people’s lives. She is currently an undergrad at the University of Washington majoring in Business Administrations with a focus on Entrepreneurship and is considering a minor in political science. She really, really likes gymnastics, cat videos, and politics.
Nadine Tabing executes code and user experience for LikeBright because she likes creating things that make people happy. She studied Computer Science at the University of Washington, where she did tons of games stuff, and is presently a graduate student at UW's Human-Centered Design and Engineering program. In her spare time she writes creatively, hopes her vegetables will grow, and aspires to sharing her life with a shiba inu.
Danielle Tucker creates code for LikeBright users because she wants to help make the LikeBright experience useful, positive, and fun. In a former life Danielle studied Mathematics at Western Washington University and taught high school students. In her spare time she reads romance and science fiction and grows food as an excuse to soak up all the Vitamin D that Seattle has to offer.
Zai Thottakath is a developer at LikeBright. He is a graduate of CodeFellows and Carnegie Mellon. In his spare time he likes to feel his pet goldfish, Stanley.
